How It Works

The PDF writer calculates a label for each included physical page and draws it at the selected header or footer coordinate using the configured font size and affixes.

Limitations and Important Notes

  • Numbers are added to the physical PDF page sequence.
  • Existing printed page numbers are not detected or replaced.
  • Changes can invalidate existing digital signatures.
